The twist in the tale

Paparazzi has always influenced the love birds, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena kapoor or populary known as “Saifeena” before they tied the knot, but the couple has been contributing to a large number of twitter trolls, and headlines ever since the birth of their child, Taimur Ali khan. The highly anticipated child of the 10th Nawab of Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan was born on 20th December,2016, but sometimes celebrityhood can lead to havoc. Saif Ali khan named his son after the Turco-Mongol conqueror Timur who massacared the entire population of Delhi. This created a huge buzz on the entire social media. Tweeters bemoaned the birth of a the bollywood baby, large section of people condemned the incident slamming Saif and Kareena for their choice and even tagged them as “Jihadists” and stated it a direct attack on Hindutva, where on the contrary Saif Ali Khan clarified that the name was derived from a Persian word – meaning Iron.

However, Saif Ali Khan, in his recent interview with Delhi Times, stated how he is considering changing his son’s name to avoid the unpopularity he has been receiving ever since his birth. He further quoted, “I thought for a second about changing his name for a couple of weeks. And kareena was a little against it and she said ‘People respect you for your opinion and you can’t’ .So I said, yeah, but it’s not about people. I don’t want him to get unpopular. And I still might , maybe when he is one or two, I might change his name in a while, it’s still sinking in, what to do.”

Even the youngest celebkid wasn’t exempted.What are your views on it?
