Kashmir Not For Pandits?

The Supreme Court has been infamous for it’s verdicts , where the feelings and the emotions of the Hindus have been of negligible botheration , and once again the Apex court has dented Vehemence of the Kashmiri Pandits, by refusing to entertain plea seeking trial of Yasin Malik  and Bitta Karate in killing of Kashmiri Pandits in 1989-1990.

The verdict comes after days of Yasin Malik’s arrest.Yasin Malik , a Kashmiri separatist leader who advocates the separation of Kashmir. He is the Chairman of JKLF(Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front).

In a plea “Roots of Kashmir” alleged that 215 FIRs had been lodged pertaining to the murder of over 700 Kashmiri Pandits , and no one has been ever declared as the wrongdoer by the court. The plea asked for trial of separatist leaders Yasin Malik and Bitta Karate for their alleged role in Kashmiri Pandit exodus.

Many were killed, lynched ,butchered and some managed to flee. What wrong did they do ?I reckon their different religious belief was their only mistake ,and solely responsible for their plight. After years of being patient, all they got was The Supreme Court turning a blind eye to them and exonerating the culprits?

First the Pandits were killed in their own backyard, the Judiciary system was supposed to be their last refuge, and the system backstabbed them ,and backstabbed those who were waiting for Justice. The court turned their back towards everyone, by refusing to order re-probe onto 215 cases of killing of Kashmiri Pandits related to 1989-1990 genocide

A bench of Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justic D Y Chandrachud observed that it  will be difficult to obtain evidence after 27 years.”You sat over evidence for the last 27 years. Now tell us from where the evidence will come”the bench said

I wonder how many will take to the streets to protest against the verdict and raise slogans like “Bhaiyo/Beheno hum sharminda hay tere kaatil abh bhi zinda hay” .

Shame on you Supreme Court
